Click the content on a web site and IE is gone, how can I avoid that?

Either the media player is on, the IE dissappeared or can not go back (Back arrow not allowed). How to set it up?

WHEN YOU CLOSE THAT WINDOW THE OLD ONE WILL REAPPEAR BECAUSE IT IS UNDER IT.
