I can download any webpage except X10.com. I have in listed as a trusted website and still it doesn't download. Is there any other place on the PC or IE or Register that would prevent downloading a webpage. It is the only one I have found that will not download.

if the question is legit and not spam try firefox
you could also try to lower your mtu with drtcp but i dont think this is likely to be the problem.
can you ping x10??
to eliminate dns problems with your isp try the ip address-
