you watched some porn on your parent's computer, huh? :P Well it's simple........ delete your temporary internet files and cookies from C:\Windows and it should be ok
go to internet options in the tools menu. select "clear history","Delete cookies" and "Delete temporary"
On your IE browser:

1) Click "Tools"

2) Click "Internet Options"

3) Under the "General" tab, you will see "History" and click "Clear History" button.
Too easy! Merely highlight it (right click) %26amp; hit the keyboard's 'Delete' key! (repeat til cleared)
Open IE --%26gt; Tools --%26gt; Internet Options --%26gt; Clear History.
Go to your internet explorer icon, right click it, and select :internet properties.

In the temporay internet files section, click "delete files", then check "delete all offline content."

Click OK

This will remove all those addesses from your adress bar.
