W/o launching Outlook of course. In Mozilla, there was a shortcut to a new email message what about in IE or just in general?
Is there a way to launch a new Outlook Express email from IE or from your Desktop?windows registry
it should take you to your default mail, by clicking the mail icon next to the printer icon in the top tool bar. on ie. or right click anything, should give an option for e-mail
