How can I prevent the yellow warning bar in IE from popping up?

How does IE decide when to warn users that a page has javascript? Is it possible to alter my scripts so that IE wont ask for a user to allow them to run?

I'm just doing simple dropdown, hide collapse stuff and its asking for users permission.

Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options". Go to "Security". You need the custom setting, so select "Custom Level". Scoll down the pop-up box titled "Security Settings" until you find "Scripting" category. Enable "Active Scripting".

Be advised, this could leave you open for viruses, etc.
