Why do i get double yahoo toolbars in my ie explorer?

When I am not logged into yahoo, I get two duplicate yahoo toolbars. I tried uninstalling yahoo toolbar and re-installing them again but still end up with duplicate yahoo toolbars, i.e. two "search" areas, etc. I tried the "view" "toolsbars" option in IE and it still shows one toolbar. Once I log into yahoo then I get one toolbar.

Right-click on standard buttons bar, but not on any button, then left-click on on one of the yahoo toolbars
